Weather up
In 2000, Sasha Petraske made his mark by opening the now legendary
Milk & Honey™ in Manhattan's Lower East Side, and with it played an important part in helping to revive the once-lost art of classic 19th century style mixology. Since then, Sasha has helped spawn many craft cocktail houses with his associates and has been recognized internationally for being a guiding force in the modern cocktail industry. In 2006, with peers Chad Solomon and Christy Pope, Sasha became a founding member of Cuffs & Buttons™. Although Sasha is not actively involved in its operations, he is an integral a part of the team. Sasha has been written about in major publications around the world for his contributions to cocktail culture, and in 2006 New York Magazine named him one of the most influential New Yorkers.
